This specific timeframe gives you plenty of opportunity to visually inspect the product and make an informed decision. Any return requests submitted after this strict 30-day window concludes will unfortunately be systematically declined.
Because we maintain a notoriously high standard of electronic safety and aesthetic luxury, we can only authorize returns on items that remain completely untouched by the end user. The tech products must be returned in their absolute original, uninstalled, and pristine condition. This explicitly means the protective packaging cannot be heavily damaged, the cables cannot display any fraying, and all original TNDAJI manuals must be included. We enforce this policy to guarantee every customer receives a flawless, brand-new product.

Our dedicated team will verify your purchase details and promptly reply with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number alongside the exact warehouse shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
For our esteemed B2B wholesale partners, the operational rules regarding returns are necessarily different due to the scale of logistics involved. Because wholesale orders (starting at the $599 minimum) involve massive inventory movements and heavy freight transportation, they are categorically considered final sale transactions. We only accept commercial returns in the incredibly rare and documented event of a widespread manufacturing defect across an entire production batch. Such anomalies must be reported to sales@tndaji.store within 14 days of delivery.
